Developed by Colin DeYoung at the University of Minnesota, it breaks each of the Big Five dimensions into two aspects — ten traits in total — including Openness, Intellect, Industriousness, Orderliness, Enthusiasm, Assertiveness, Politeness, Compassion, Withdrawal, and Volatility.
